Completed her B.A.L, LL.B from M.S Ramaiah College of Law, LL.M in Environmental Law from Bangalore University, M.Phil. in Juridical Science from Global Open University, Nagaland, Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (PGDIPR) from Karnataka State Law University and Ph.D. from Bangalore University on the topic, “A Critical Study of the Legal Control of Biotechnology with Reference to Genetically Modified Crops in India”. She has 13 years of teaching experience. She has published 11 articles, presented 20 papers in national and international conferences and seminars, participated in 7 FDP programmes, participated in 8 research workshops and participated in various seminars, conferences and workshops. She has received “Inspirational Women Researcher Award-2021” on the occasion of “Women Conclave-2021: International Women’s Day Celebration” organised by Cape Forum You Trust, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. She is a life member of Cape Forum You Trust since Jan-2021. She has written a blog on Charity title “Giving Charity and Its Importance” in ‘Healthy India Charitable Trust’ website.
