Constitution Club

OBJECTIVES

  • Constitution club is formulated to discuss emerging ideas or the latest developments in the area of constitutional law
  • To impart knowledge in constitutional provisions as Constitution is considered as the grundnorm of all other laws in India by conducting various activities,beyond the regular curriculum
  • To foster analytical skills among the students through research oriented activities
  • To imbibe the essence of pride and respect towards the constitution among the students
  • To articulate among the student the ideology of the constitution to uphold justice equality and fraternity

Anti Ragging Committee

Objectives of ARC
Ragging is a humiliating social crime. The foremost objectives of ARC are:
● To prevent and protect the student community from being ragged or
indulging in the act of ragging
● To bring awareness among the students about the ill effects of ragging, its
impact on human life and consequences of involvement in the act of ragging
● To set up a monitoring system comprising of Anti Ragging Squad (ARS) to vigil
the on campus and off campus situations to eliminate the chances of ragging
cases
● To receive the complaints and resolve them through the ARC
● To initiate legal actions when required considering the intensity of ragging
instances in case occur

ARC policy and Committee Details


Counselling/Mentoring Cell

Aims:

  1. Provide a safe and supportive space for students to discuss their personal, academic,
    and emotional concerns.
  2. Promote mental health awareness and destigmatize seeking help for psychological
    issues.
  3. Offer confidential counselling services to help students cope with stress, anxiety,
    depression, and other mental health challenges.
    Objectives:
  4. Conduct regular counselling sessions with students to address their specific needs and concerns.
  5. Maintain a team of trained counsellors who are equipped to handle a diverse range of
    student issues.
  6. Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect where students feel comfortable seeking
    help and supporting each other.
