Education Post Higher Education Review, Annual Ranking Issue 2019 (Volume 8^th Issue 4) under Indian Institutional Ranking Framework has ranked as 13^th Best Private Law College in India.

SDM Law Training and Placement Cell organised Mock Interview and GD Sessions on 12.04.2019. HR representatives and law officers from various organisations were the panel members. 72 students participated in the Mock Interview.

Prize Distribution Ceremony and College Day was organised in our college auditorium on 30/03/2019 at 9 AM. The Ceremony was inaugurated by Chief Guest Sri. M.R Ballal, President of Mangalore Bar Association and President of Alumni Association. Mr. Deepak Jain, Advocate, Belthangady Bar Association and Alumni and Mrs. Shwetha Jain, Advocate Moodubidri Bar Association and Alumni of our college were the Guest of Honour. Principal presided over the inaugural ceremony, it was followed by distribution of prizes for various cultural and Sports achievers and certificate of appreciation was distributed to the prize winners.

Evening 4 PM college day celebrations was inaugurated by Chief Guest Sri. Mallanagouda, Judge, IVth Additional District and Sessions Court, D.K Mangalore. Mr. Udayananda A, Senior Advocate of Mangalore Bar Association and Alumni of our College was the Guest of Honor. Principal Dr. Tharanath, Vice Principal Dr. Balika, H.O.D of Humanities Sri, Naresh Malligemadu, H.O.D of Law Mr. Maheshchandra Nayak, Student Welfare Officer Mrs. Chandralekha, presided over the program Mr. Sourabh Shet, Principal Secretary, Student Executive Council were also present. Inauguration was followed by distribution of prizes for the various proficiency winners and intra collegiate cultural competition winners and it was followed by cultural programs.
